Louise Aylor, age 87, of Florence, KY, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, March 26, at Emeritus at Edgewood. She was the daughter of Stanley and Helen (Tanner) Aylor. She is survived by her sister, Carolyn (the late Harold) Conrad, and brothers Clyde (Imogene), Wendell (Janet), The Rev. Dr. Charles (Dorothy). Louise was a lifelong member of Hopeful Lutheran Church, member of The Evangelical Lutheran Church Women. She enjoyed making craft items and baked goods for chili suppers and Fall festivals. She was a descendant of German Lutherans who settled here in 1806, from Madison County, Virginia; they settled there from the Germanna Settlement of 1717. Always the historian, Louise could tell you when any family member was born and what year they were married. Louise was a much loved sister, cousin, aunt, and great aunt. Visitation will be Saturday, March 30, at 9 a.m. with funeral services at 11:00 a.m. at Linnemann Funeral Home, Burlington Pike, Burlington, Ky. Burial will be in Hopeful Lutheran Cemetery. Linnemann Burlington will be handling the arrangements.
