Leah Frances Harrison Creighton passed from this life on Wednesday, March 10, 2021, in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

She is survived by her husband, Robert, her son, Christopher, his wife, Kathy, and their son, Corey.

Born and reared in Logan County, Leah was the youngest child of her father, John Pleasant Harrison’s seven children, and the third child of her mother, Elizabeth Ellen Graham Harrison. A sister, Marilyn, St. Paul, Minnesota, and a brother, Robert, West Liberty, also survive, as well as many nieces and nephews and their children, some of them descendants of her four older half-siblings.

Leah attended Monroe Township and West Liberty Schoois, then graduated from Bellefontaine High School in 1959. Early in life, she worked as a telephone operator in Bellefontaine and later retired from the U.S. Post Office as a clerk-carrier in Hobart, Ind.

Leah and her family then re-located to Baxter County, Arkansas, 21 years ago.

Leah and Bob enjoyed antiquing, flea markets and traveling to visit family and friends.
