The Baughn Family

GREENFIELD: George William Oren, beloved father and grandfather, died on March 25, 2014 in Greenfield, Ohio. He was born on December 10, 1917 to Meander and Melvia (Doughman) Oren.

George was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 66 years, Anna (Armstrong); infant daughter, Carol Jean; his parents; and eight siblings.

He is survived by his brother, Orland; his sister, Melvia; two daughters, Nancy and Joy; four grandchildren, Gordon, Stephanie, Anne and Jeffrey; four great-grandchildren, Cassie, Jason, Georgia and Abigail; and two great-great-grandchildren, Calandra and Carleigh. He will be remembered as a cherished grandfather who taught us the value of family, laughter and nature.
